Joy, Connection & Fun: A Peek Into Daily Life at The Carriages
We paid a lovely visit to Rock Springs Nature Center today, where we thoroughly enjoyed learning about the prairie ecosystem and how it has developed over many millennia. Their staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of knowledge. They even introduced us to Mr. Logan the turtle, who quickly became a favorite of the day!
There’s something special about spending time in nature, learning new things, and sharing those experiences with friends. Thank you to everyone at Rock Springs for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable! 🐢🌾💚

We have a ton of fun in Life Enrichment, and that includes fun exercise routines! Our residents have recently started chair yoga, and they are absolutely loving it. It’s been wonderful to see their excitement and enthusiasm as they work on staying active, strong, and healthy. We are so proud of them for embracing new ways to care for their minds and bodies while having fun together! 💙🧘♀️✨
